This man is carrying a keg o' beer across the street during prohibition. Poor chap, all he wants is a keg of beer to drink after his twelve hour work day. I really sympathize with that.
This man is getting arrested for the ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL! Quick! Run home kids!
